I had one last batch of tomatoes that ripened in early December, so I made one more batch of salsa. I made it a spicy batch for my husband too. I know how much he likes spicy food. I love the way that all of the different tomatoes look layered in the bowl.
It’s my favorite thing to grow and choose different fun tomato varieties. My favorites this year were the striped romans, pink berkeleys, and black krims. The pineapple tomatoes were also lovely, but I didn’t have as many of them.
