Plum butter in the crockpot. Tomato puree in the stockpot.
Salsa. I ended up over cooking the pot. 😦 So it tastes great, but the tomatoes fell apart. I learned a lot while making it though, so next time I will make a lovely pot with chunky tomatoes that do NOT fall apart.
Pear butter. There were very few pears on the tree this year, so this little dab of pear butter is extra special. I kept a half dozen back to eat fresh, but the rest went right into the pot. I added a big, fat Tahitian vanilla bean to make it an extra special batch.
