I’m not sure if I have talked about Pasta Pronto before, but it is one of my favorite pasta places in Oregon. I particularly love their chicken, pear, hazelnut, and gorgonzola pasta dish. It is salty and sweet, creamy, sproingy, and crunchy. I love the flavors.
Sometimes, though, I decide to try something a little different.
In this case a daily special: wild mushroom stuffed ravioli in a rosy cream sauce with vegetables. It was pretty yummy too.
