Happy Cheese Ball Day!


I fiddled with several different cheese ball recipes and came up with this tasty one.

Kelli’s Cheese Ball
1 package cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded pepper jack
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1tsp smoke flavoring

All cheese must be at room temp. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight. Divide into 2 large or 4 small balls and roll in sliced almonds. Can be frozen for several months.

I think it tastes best at room temperature. This allows the cheese flavors to really brighten and the smokiness of the seasonings to come out.
