Chicken Stock

Yes. I made more chicken stock. What can I say? You just can’t beat the home made stock. I save the ends of my vegetables when cooking and freeze them. Once I have a full bag, I add in chicken bones to make chicken stock. I cook all of the items together with some extra garlic, thyme, oregano, and a good dose of salt to top it all off. Each time I make it the stock is a little different. It is always good, always rich and delicious, but the flavors are always a little different.
