I traded some tatting lessons for 4 lids full of peaches. Some of the peaches were GIANT. This one in particular was huge and juicy. I went to work on Sunday and peeled, pitted, and chopped 3 of the lids. This resulted in enough peaches for a dish of peach crisp. . .

and some regular peach jam.
I chopped the last lid of peaches this morning and froze them. I think I might try peach butter with the last bag. But I have time to decide on that last one. 🙂
