Once upon a time . . .
March 27, 2008 by knitterbunny
There were *three little bunnies: Hippity, Skippity, and Mo. Hippity was a silly little rabbit who loved to chase her own tail. Skippity was a bit smarter, but he loved to eat dandelions all day long. Mo was smart, she burrowed a deep hole into the ground to protect herself and only came out for a little while at dawn and dusk.
One day the three bunny siblings were playing in the green grass when a big scary woman startled them. She had big pointy tooth things and a shiny box. The bunnies bounced away. Hippity did the only thing she knew to do and chased her tail. Skippity grabbed a mouthful of dandelion and chewed away. Mo, however, she was smart and ran straight to her hole.
It’s too bad the scary woman caught all of them anyway and posed them for the blog.
*Two new bunnies, making a trio, all knit from the Debbie Bliss rabbit pattern in one of the Noro books. All knit in Di’Ve Teseo on US 3 Brittany DPNs. These three are destined to be my Pay-It-Forward gifts.
