Chocolate Mint Moose Cookies 2007

How about a recipe for the new and improved Chocolate Mint Moose cookies?

1/2 cup semi-soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla (or two if you’re adventurous)
