I love african violets. I used to have selves of them at our old house, but they didn’t appreciate the move. I have 1 that is still hanging on. I want to get more, but I still need to find what the best place in the house would be for them.

OH how pretty, my mother always had a knack for growing african violets. I on the other hand, well lets just say its not pretty.
Oh, I’m loving the pink one with the speckles. I used to have a heck of a time with them, until I found out that they do better if you abuse them (keep them a little short of water and potbound). Seemingly stupid advice, but now mine bloom a couple times a year. Go figure! I wish I had a dozen more plants (and someplace to put them!)
